Portrait Dialogue - User cannot access some features in Customer View

Issue

In Portrait Dialogue, some Customer View users cannot access some features that other users have access to.

Cause

The user does not have permissions to access those features.

Resolution

UPDATED: April 18, 2017
Go into Dialogue Admin, go to the user properties, and then to Access Rights.  Click on Edit, and select the access you require for this user.

Alternately, set up a User Group and apply the required access and put all users needing the same access in the same group.
