Resolve issue where data results differ when running the same report with the same selection criteria by 2 different Users in Confirm


Users are running the same Confirm report, with the same selection and filter criteria but are getting differing results.


Users are configured in Data Security as belonging to different Work Groups.

On Checking the Work Groups, they have access to different Contract Areas, and hence different source data.

Configure the required users to have access to the Work Group that has the access to the correct Contract Areas.

This cannot be decided by PB and has to be decided by the user. This may require the Work Group to be checked to make sure the correct Work Groups are assigned.
