Resolve skewed mail on the DM100i, DM125, DM225, SendPro 300, and more

Issue

The mail is coming out of the meter skewed or crooked.

Cause

The mail is not entering the meter straight.

Resolution

UPDATED: September 27, 2017
  1. Make sure that the mail is against the registration wall.
  2. Make sure that you are not holding onto the mailpiece.
  3. If you have an oversized mailpiece, use a tape strip that can be affixed to the piece. Do not try to put oversized pieces through the machine.
