Resolve issue with the Capitalise Names Function in Confirm Version 15.1

Some clients have Spotted an error following an update to Confirm v15.1.

The 'Capitalised Names' functionality appears to be at issue. For example please see the attached screenshot. Here a Systems Administrator user has gone into the 'Customer Service System Settings' screen and checked the 'Capitalise Names' check box, however the names still remain in lower case, for example after a user has entered data in to a Fast Entry Customer Enquiry. So, in the attached screenshot, data within the 'name' fields have remained in lower case, contrary to what we would expect.


Suspected issue affecting version 15.1 of the Confirm application.
