Resolving Auto generation of '&' tag in Portrait Dialogue HTML message template

Issue

The message template in Portrait Dialogue can contain a URL for browsing websites.
Sometimes the URL might contain an
ampersand (&) character. e.g. URL:
http://mywebsite.com/?utm_source=loy&utm_campaign=fm50

The ampersand gets automatically encoded into '&' in the Portrait Dialogue HTML message designer. e.g.
http://mywebsite.com/?utm_source=loy&utm_campaign=fm50

Cause

This is normal behaviour for Portrait Dialogue as it follows standard web-encoding routines for HTML. It automatically converts ampersands to '&'.

Resolution

The URL in the message template may not work when we are doing a Test Send, but it will work when we send the message template from Portrait Dialogue.
