Issue

Error message "Error while updating entity key: 'xxxxxxxxxx' in map. Exception: 'Not able to search the map layer. Entity Type: SWOCC Entity Key: xxxxxxxxxx : Internal data type [-1785358849] not supported in public object model.'" encountered when running the Referential Integrity Agent.

Cause

The map layer being referenced does not adhere to the map layer specifications listed in the help file (shown below):

The Referential Integrity Agent will update the following columns depending on the Confirm entity being processed.

Referential Integrity will not automatically create the map layer unless stated in the section below.

 
The layer must contain these primary columns:
  • Work_Number (Char(12))
The layer may also contain the following optional columns. These attributes of the map layer record will be updated if present.
  • Organisation (Char(100))
  • Description (Char(254))
  • Start_Date (Date)
  • End_Date (Date)
  • Organisation_Code (Char(8))
  • Works_Reference (Char(20)) 

Resolution

UPDATED: November 24, 2017
Correct the map layer to match the map layer specifications shown above. 

Replace the incorrect layer with the new correct layer and rerun the Referential Integrity Agent.
