How the Spatial+ library can handle gsb files greater than 4GB

Issue

We can open files of 3.1GB but when we need to open those 4GB or larger we get file not found messages. We tried this with a couple of files 4GB or larger.

Support for large files was added in the 2011 release (version 31). Note that only versions of Spatial from 2011 and later can correctly create large gsbs.

Cause

Support for large files was added in the 2011 release (version 31). Note that only versions of Spatial from 2011 and later can correctly create large gsbs.

Tested using rhel61_64bit.tar from Spring release 2015 and 2014. Used the spattest application that we ship with the product and was able to query the 5.25 gb test gsb with no issues.

Next steps would be to get the customer's gsb and determine if there are any issues with it.
