Resolve issue where there are No Domains enabled in Visual Dialogue for Portrait Dialogue



Portrait Dialogue - No Domains enabled
This was raised as an issue because it was only happening to one user.


The user had default Visual Dialogue Logon settings pointing to the wrong Dialogue server, or instance, and did not click the Advanced button to select the correct server or instance.


UPDATED: August 2, 2017
The user just has to select the correct server.  
From the Visual Dialogue login screen, click the advanced button, and select the correct server to connect to and log in as usual. 
That should automatically be selected the next time the user logs in to Visual Dialogue

If it does not automatically go to that server the next time, there are registry settings that can be changed. 
Since changing Registry settings can potentially cause enormous problems, please contact Portrait Software Support at PB Software Support and reference this knowledge article.
