Cause

This is caused by a security update Microsoft released: KB3057839

Resolution

UPDATED: April 21, 2017


Microsoft was made aware of this issue, as this was affecting other software. Microsoft released further windows updates to rectify the issue. Please perform these updates and re-run your scheduled task.
