Resolve issue where new users cannot access or connect with printer driver in OfficeMail

Issue

Newly created users cannot access or connect to OfficeMail 

Cause

All users need to be assigned with a position within the organisation tree and given the minimum PI-OFMA-ACCESS role before being able to access/login at the User Web Site or connect via Printer Driver.
Without completing the above,  user is simply not able to access or connect to OfficeMail 

Resolution

UPDATED: June 27, 2017
1. Go to admin website.
2. Assign user with a position within the organisation tree and configure the access right for the user at Organisation's ACCESS tab; with at least a PI-OFMA-ACCESS role.
