Resolve error where Printer Driver fails to install in OfficeMail


OfficeMail Printer Driver failed to install with error e.g.
- The wizard was interrupted before P/I OfficeMail(TM) could be completely installed.
- Windows event log showing message of "Installation success or error status: 1603".


Following are the possible causes:
- missing required .NET.
- installation prevented by Print Spooler service.
- installation prevented by a service called Citrix Printing Management in Citrix environment.


UPDATED: June 27, 2017
1. Install the required .net version (please see the P/I OfficeMail Windows Printer Driver Installation and User Guide for required .net version).
2. Stop the "Printer Spooler" service, and try if this avoid this installation problem.
3. Also stop the "Citrix Printing Management" service for Citrix environment.

If problem still persists, please try the MSI version (instead of exe).
