In order to troubleshoot, share the following information with PB Support:
  • Environment details i.e Server type, available physical memory and RAM on the server.
  • Sagent configuration i.e 32-bit or 64-bit?
  • How are plans executed - via sarun command, Automation, or client tools (Design/Information Studio, WebLink)?
  • When did issue start?
  • Is this error message consistent with every plan execution or it intermittent?
  • Is there any sudden increase in data processed?
  • Any recent changes to the environment?
  • The issue occurs for existing plan or newly created plan?
  • What are the results of the restart of the DFS server or reboot of the server machine?
  • Registry export of 'HKLM\SOFTWARE\Sagent'.
In case of any irregularity/issues with the Dataflow server tuning, the 'configuration parameters' are to be changed/set in the Registry settings or the 'Configuration' tab of Sagent Admin.
