Brother QL1050
  1. Ensure that a Pitney Bowes 2F3-P/DK-1241 roll is being used.
Note: There is only one roll that can be used with the Brother QL1050 printer. The Pitney Bowes item number is 2F3-P, but that number is not printed anywhere on the roll itself. The roll contains a label with the item number DK-1241.

  1. Ensure that the roll is properly installed in the printer. The paper must be fed under the black guide. On the front panel of the Brother QL1050, tap and release the Feed button once, to align the roll in the printer. Hold the Feed button for 1-2 seconds, then release, to ensure that one label ejects from the printer.

Datamax W1110 printer
  1. Ensure that a Pitney Bowes 6WB-F roll is being used.
Note: The Pitney Bowes item number is 6WB-F, but that number is not printed anywhere on the roll itself.
  1. Ensure that the roll is properly installed in the printer. The two green brackets in the Datamax printer are spring loaded to keep the roll in place. Slide the green brackets apart to place the roll between them with the adhesive labels on the top and the disposable material on the bottom.
Note: If the labels are blank, the roll may be loaded upside down.
