Resolve issue where icons are missing in Visual Dialogue

Product Feature: Visual Dialog



Clients have reported an issue where their Visual Dialogue has been missing from their setup.  


The issue is either:
  1. Windows user ID related.
  2. Or, because of Web browser settings.


UPDATED: August 21, 2017

Windows user ID

  1. Click on Start and then Control Panel.
  2. Click on the User Accounts and Family Safety link.  
  3. Note: If you're viewing the Large icons or Small icons view of Control Panel, you won't see this link. Instead, click on the User Accounts icon and skip to Step 4.
  4. Click on the User Accounts link.
  5. ​Toward the bottom of the Make changes to your user account area of the User Accounts window, click the Manage another account link.
  6. Click on the account that you want to change the password for.
  7. Under the Make changes to [username]'s account heading, click the Change the password link.
  8. Enter a new password for the user in the first and second text boxes.
  9. Click the Change password button to confirm the password change.

Web browser settings

  1. Open the Emarketing mail designer (found under Web menu in Visual Dialog).
  2. Choose Tools.
  3. Choose Developer Tools.
  4. Choose Disable and select Script.
