Interactive Templates not visible in EngageOne interactive (EngageOne Correspodent)

Issue

Interactive templates existing (and visible) in the EngageOne Administration are not visible in the EngageOne correspondent.

Cause

Role based user access restricts who can work in which areas of both EngageOne Administration and EngageOne Interactive hence this could be caused due to user/group currently logged into EngageOne interactive is not having required rights

 

Resolution

UPDATED: May 16, 2017

Ensure user currently logged into the EngageOne interactive (EngageOne Correspodent) have sufficient privilege. For more information, refer 'User roles' under section 'System administration' in EngageOne Administration Guide shipped with EngageOne installer package.
