Resolve issue where User is unable to link an Enquiry with an existing Job in Confirm

User is unable to Link an Enquiry to an existing Job.


The current status of the Job does not have the 'outstanding' flag ticked, i.e. the Job is not in an outstanding Status.

When we link the Job with an Enquiry, there is a check of the Job Status. It checks whether the "outstanding flag" is checked or not. 

To be able to link the Job, the 'outstanding' flag of the Job Status should be checked.

Either change the outstanding flag on the Status Code of the Job, if appropriate, or change the Status of the Job to a Status that is 'outstanding'.
