Resolve issue where User cannot re-locate the map in ConfirmConnect

Issue

When in the Inspection Route in ConfirmConnect cannot move the map on the screen

Cause

The problem might be caused by a Web Service issue.

A default map used in ConfirmConnect is run from the ConfirmConnect Web Server. If there is an issue with the Web Service, the map cannot be loaded.
To check if that is the Web Service issue, switch to BING satellite view and check if the same issue occurs.
 

Resolution

Restore the Web Service.
