UPDATED: July 20, 2017
To check whether the Confirm and the ConfirmConnect database config file settings refer to same location/file:
  • In Confirm go to System Administration->System Configuration->Database Settings and check where the config file is being stored/its name
  • In registry on ConfirmConnect Web Service go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Southbank Systems\Confirm.AM.Connector\CFGFile and do the same
  • Make sure both file are pointing to same file/same location
