Resolve msdr00.acu unsupported version of object code using MailStream Plus

Products affected:  MailStream Plus™

Product Feature: Installation / Upgrade

Operating System: Windows

User installed MailStream Plus (MSP) 8.3.3 on a new pc on Windows.

The ivp.bat supplied test job runs fine.  But their customized script that runs fine on other pc’s gets this error:
msdr00.acu unsupported version of object code

The \RTS in the path statement was placed at the end:
Path=C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\iCLS Client\;C:\Program Files\Intel\iCLS Client\;c:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CAWIN\;C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;C:\windows\system32;C:\windows;C:\windows\System32\Wbem;C:\windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;c:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\Csam\SockAdapter\bin;c:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\Csam\SockAdapter\bin64;c:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CBB\;c:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\bin;c:\PROGRA~2\CA\SC\CAM\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\DAL;C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\DAL;C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\IPT;C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\IPT;C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Group1\Runtime;D:\Group1\MSP\rts

So we believe MSP found the old files before finding the new runtime files.

UPDATED: March 13, 2019

MSP used to write the runtime files here –
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Group1\Runtime

These files were copied over from another pc.

Renaming this folder to ‘Runtimeold’ made sure it was not using this information.
Also, this customized job does not use the setup.bat script like the ivp.bat job does, so that also may have worked, but was not tested.

And putting the runtime path=%PBMSP%\rts at the front of the path statement may have also corrected this, but was not tested.
