OK button grayed out while updating license in EnagageOne Designer


 

Issue

On trying to log into EngageOne Designer, below dialog appears if this Designer is connecting to a fresh repository or license contained in the repository has been expired.

As shown OK button is grayed out which prevents updation of License in Repository hence launching of Designer.

Cause

This could be due to invalid license (specially keycode) entered in the 'License Tool' window.

Resolution

UPDATED: June 7, 2017
Ensure to put correct license information (Customer name and keycode) in the 'License Tool' window. Designer license key usually starts with AN.
In case issue remains unresolved, contact Client Support.
