Resolving the error 'Could not find stored procedure 'p_add_bridge_memento_queue'.' after installing Mail360 Data Manager 3.1.0

Issue

After installing MAIL360 Data Manager™ 3.1.0  and restoring the MAIL360 Data Manager™ and Client bus databases from version 2.4.0, this error message is in the bus.log :
 
[ClientBridgeEndpoint] ERROR - Error occurred during Send!
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Could not find stored procedure 'p_add_bridge_memento_queue'.
 

Cause

The stored procedure 'p_add_bridge_memento_queue' is new to MAIL360 Data Manager™ 3.1.0. Upgrade scripts from previous versions must be run to bring the database up to the current version.
 
As directed on the MAIL360 Data Manager™ 3.1.0 Release Notes:

You will not upgrade your MAIL360 Data Manager™ application to version 3.1.0, if you are currently using a version other than 3.0.0. If this is the case, first upgrade to 3.0.0 and then upgrade to version 3.1.0.

Once the new software has been installed, the Upgrade steps must be followed when it is not a new software installation. The databases must be brought from the last version installed to the currect version using upgrade scripts.

Follow the instructions  - Upgrading the Data Manager Database in Chapter 3.
Under - Important Points to Remember
• The scripts to create/upgrade these databases are contained in the setup folder, both on the
installation media and in the file tree created by the application installer
 
All of these upgrade batch scripts will need to be run:
upgrade-database24To25.bat
upgrade-database25To26.bat
upgrade-database26To30.bat
upgrade-database30To31.bat
 
Also, follow the instructions - Upgrading the Client Bus Database in Chapter 3.
