Downloading a database from www.g1.com/support website and attempting to uncompress/unzip the file resulst in the following error:
Using Internet Explorer was preventing the downloaded database files from being stored/saved. Database file shows a size of "0"KB. Check with your IT department to see if there are any issues with IE.

Switching to the Chrome browser should allow the databases to be completely and successfully downloaded, saved and installed.
