Resolve "An error has occurred while launching report settings" when displaying custom Business Manager report
When trying to display a custom Business Manager report, the report does not display and Business Manager freezes (locks up). After a period of time, the error "An error has occurred while launching report settings" is displayed.
There is an issue with the report query.
