Resolve problem with connecting to machine via Spectrum v 9.3 Enterprise Designer and Management Console.

Issue

After applying Address Doctor patch to one of our Spectrum 9.3 servers we cannot connect to it via Enterprise Designer / Management Console. 

Resolution

UPDATED: July 7, 2017


This issue has now been resolved by applying the Address Doctor patch to a different machine.
