Products affected: Confirm Ondemand
When opening the Confirm® File Explorer from the Confirm OnDemand system the user is unable to see or access their local mapped drives on their local machine.
This issue may be caused by one of these reasons.
- Missing registry keys that have not been deployed to the various Ondemand Citrix servers.
- Accessing the Confirm OnDemand portal via a short cut on another Citrix interface.

- Pass the details to Tech Support who will in turn engage the Ondemand team to check the registry keys on the Citrix servers and apply the missing keys as required.
- Access the Confirm OnDemand portal directly in a browser.
