Resolve Identity Server Web UI Login screen does not respond after entering user name and password in EngageOne Delivery Audit

Issue

After entering user name and password in the Identity Server Web and clicking on 'Log in', there is no response from the Identity Server Web.

Cause

Following are the possible causes:

1. Internet Browser (Internet Explorer) version is higher than required.
2. The Compatibility Mode is not turned ON or the Identity Server Web URL is not added to the Compatibility View Settings in the Internet Explorer.

Resolution

UPDATED: September 22, 2017
Possible resolution could be:
 
1. Using the Internet explorer version supported with version of EngageOne Delivery Audit used.
2. In Internet Explorer, navigate to Settings -> Compatibility View Settings and add the Identity Server Web URL in the Add this website text box.
