Resolve EngageOne 4.3 and above connection issues and errors

Issue

When trying to open the web site for EngageOne the server returns a blank page or a 'Page not found' error message. Another form of the problem is that users are unable to log into EngageOne and are either given an error message that states 'too many redirects' or just a white screen. During installation the deploy.properties (default file name) file validates without any errors or warnings.

Cause

The configuration file (deploy.properties by default) has been setup with all value fields populated but some of the values may be incorrectly spelled or my not use the correct formatting

Double check the deploy.properties file for any spelling mistakes and also ensure that all server address use a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) such as 'servername.domain.com'. This will also need to be checked on all servers if using a 'Clustered' installation of EngageOne along with the correct names used for all load balancers.
