Resolve FileUploadException error when attempting to import template into EngageOne Admin

Issue

User unable to import new template into EngageOne Admin.

Application Server log reveals the following error:

SystemErr     R org.apache.commons.fileupload.FileUploadException: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. No space left on device

Cause

EngageOne environment does not have sufficient disk space to store new template.

Resolution

UPDATED: November 8, 2017
Ensure that the location for your Active Drive contains sufficient space for effective operation, and that the database server also has sufficient space to store information relating to all EngageOne operations.
