EngageOne version 4.x only displaying a Pitney Bowes banner and white page after login

After installing and starting EngageOne® version 4.x Core and Security, logging into the client shows just a banner at the top of the screen and the rest of the page is white (blank).


This is due to a configuration issue within the security bundle (OpenAM) and a hard coded value. The way OpenAM handles security cookies causes authentication to succeed but was not redirecting correctly afterwards. Another issue is the way EngageOne was handling TLS offloading to make the cookies secure. The cookies then had a problem being decoded so the system stopped processing the login.

This issue has been address in the newer versions of EngageOne. Please ensure that the version being used is 4.4.5 or greater.
