VERIFIED SOLUTION i

Resolve SQL Definition named 'MHExecutePerformanceMonitor' not found in Portrait Dialogue logs.

Issue

Seeing errors after applying a Hotfix, or performing an upgrade to Portrait Dialogue.
There are entries in the error logs saying "SQL Definition named 'MHExecutePerformanceMonitor' not found".

Cause

When an upgrade is made to Portrait Dialogue, one of the steps is to run the RefreshSystemData application.
Sometimes a refresh of the system data is included in a Hotfix, or patch.
This deletes the original System Data, and replaces it with the new set of System Data.

When Using the Portrait Dialogue Monitoring Service, there are 2 export files which need to be imported after performing the RefreshSystemData.
This issue is caused if this is not done.

Resolution

UPDATED: February 21, 2018
Open Dialogue Admin, and import the 2 .mhconfig files shipped with the Monitoring Service installation package.
MHExecutePerformanceMonitor.mhconfig
MHGetPerformanceMonitorValues.mhconfig

This will add all the parameters required for the Monitoring Service to function.
