Error Not Installed when accessing Visual Insights link on Spectrum Welcome Page when Visual Insights is installed and running.

Cause

Probably on Spectrum landing paged this URL is not directed to port 8082 but there is the Jira case SCS-6465 raised to engineering.

Visual Insights port by default is 8082.
To connect into Visual Insight just do the following:

localhost:8082  or machinename:8082
