Resolution

UPDATED: April 2, 2018
The engineering team will have to modify the upgrade-database31To40.bat script.  They will remove the “alter singe_user” and “alter multi_user” commands. Once you upgrade to version 4.0, you should use the upgrade-database40To41_AlwaysON.bat to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1.

Please make sure that no one is using the database at the time of upgrade.

Please contact Technical Support for a modified script and assistance.
