Resolve error "This completed Payment Job can not be committed as there are outstanding Payment Requests against the Job" in Confirm

Issue

In Confirm® you have received the following error on the preview report when trying to commit a Batch for Payment:

"This completed Payment Job can not be committed as there are outstanding Payment Requests against the Job"

Cause

There is already an outstanding Payment Request for this Job.

Resolution

UPDATED: May 8, 2018
Consider whether the outstanding Payment Request needs to be committed if it exits on an uncommitted Payment Batch. If not, it can either be processed onto a Payment Batch and Committed, or simply deleted. Please ensure that the corresponding Payment Request Header is also Deleted.
