Issue

The tape button is grayed out or missing.

Cause

Tape printing is not an option when using a Weigh On the Way (WOW) option.

Resolution

From the Run Mail screen:
  1. Select Weighing.
  2. Select any option except:
    • WOW
    • WOW, first piece
  3. Select OK.
