Product Feature: Non-routine Maintenance

Issue

Using Confirm's Maintenance Management, a User is trying to set up Jobs with certain Priorities to automatically authorise Jobs, however they are not being automatically authorised.

Cause

It is highly likely that in Contract Management System Settings the 'Automatically Batch Jobs to Orders on Device Upload' checkbox is not checked/ticked.

Resolution

UPDATED: July 17, 2017

Check the Automatically Batch Jobs to Orders on Device Upload box in the Contract Management System Settings to automate the batching of Jobs onto Order when they are uploaded from a device.

See Batch Jobs onto Orders for details on the rules governing the way in which Jobs are batched onto Orders.
