Resolve "file upload failure" at Auto Submission in OfficeMail

Auto Submission process can be too slow when handling large amount of PDF files and eventually failed with "file upload failure" message upon timeout

Auto Submission uses single thread CPU by default, which limited the amount of PDF it can handle

UPDATED: July 26, 2018
Multi thread can be configured by increasing the 'max instances' option in following registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Pitney Bowes\P/I OfficeMail\Auto Submission

It has "1" by default.
Increasing it will allow the Service to parallel up process of jobs.
As a rule, this can be set to twice the cores in the PC assuming there is enough memory to run that many PrintDlg processes e.g. a Duo core should cope with 4 instances.
It is required to restart Auto Submission Service to take effect.
