Issue

While setting up a database instance in Dialogue Admin, an error 'New Transaction cannot enlist in the specified transaction coordinator' is encountered.

Cause

The message could be triggered due to the unsupported version of database configured with a Portrait Dialogue Server.

Refer section 'Installation pre-requisites' in 'en_portrait_suite_installation_guide' for details about supported databases and use one of them to host Portrait Dialogue database.
