Resolve Business Manager accounts not appearing on the DM500, DM550, and more

Issue

Your Business Manager accounts do not appear on the meter.

Cause

Business Manager accounting is not enabled on the meter.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, make sure that Business Manager accounting is enabled on the meter:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Set up.
  3. Select Accounting Setup.
  4. Select Accounting.
Note: If an accounting type is already selected, you will need to press the down arrow to get to Accounting.
  1. If the Accounting is not already set to Business Manager, select Business Manager.
Then sync the accounts with the Business Manager computer:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Set up.
  3. Select Accounting Setup.
  4. Press the down arrow.
  5. Select Re-sync with Host.
  6. Select Yes.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact software support.
