Issue

NA-Batch fails to generate the output corresponding to few/all record specified in the input file, returns exit code 1.

Error message in NA-Batch log:
ERROR|BatchItemProcessorWorker|[BatchItemWorker-7]|Input Answer Id: 1|<Input file name>|error processing record with id: 1 
com.pb.engageone.server.batch.exception.FailedToRetrieveTemplateInformationException: The <Template path>  template in the
<Domain Name> domain could not be retrieved".

Cause

This could happen due to Input/trigger file supplied in the NA-Batch containing a template name which does not exist at the path specified (in input/trigger file) in the domain.

Resolution

UPDATED: April 10, 2017

Ensure template is present at the specified path in domain. In case issues persist even with template existing in the specified path then refer below links.
