Resolve issue where the Document Information button client does not work in EngageOne Vault Serviceweb2

Issue

Document Information button in Vault Serviceweb2 client doesn't work for all file types.

In this case it isn't working for ingested PDF (produced by Doc1Generate.)

Cause

The Document Information button only works for supported filetypes, and not all file types are supported.

As of Vault version 7.3, the following file types are supported:

AFP, PDF, Metacode, Collections

Postscript is partially supported  IE and Chrome can display the document-info inside of an IFrame, but for Firefox you will be prompted to open/save the document-info data.

For versions prior to 7.3, only AFP, Metacode, and collections were supported.
