OfficeMail - Problem to add inserts in AutoSubmission

Issue

There is an issue with adding inserts via AutoSubmission. Disappearing attachments after submitting them via OfficeMail.

Cause

The problem was caused because this functionality is not supported by OfficeMail

Resolution

UPDATED: April 19, 2017
There is no functionality in Auto Submission which allows you to select "Pre-printed inserts" in Setting Group. This is working only with Printer Driver. When files are submitted via Auto Submission with that option chosen in Admin Website, the Document will be submitted but without attachments. It is required to select Default Inserts in Admin Website in order to send them via Auto Submission.
