Job task disappears from ConfirmConnect


When a “job” officer, which is not a "gang" officer, presses the ‘Start’ and then refreshes the tasks, the job disappears from the ConfirmConnect.


The possible reason may be because when it is started on ConfirmConnect the Status changes to Works Started On Site (In Prog). This Status does not have 'Send Jobs to Device for Officer' checked so the Job disappears.

It might have 'Send Jobs to Device for Gang' ticked but the Device Action Officer for Gang A is User A and the client might be logged in as a different user B (who is linked to Action Officer B).

Look for the Status of the job and ensure that 'Send Jobs to Device for Officer' is checked on the system.
