Cause

This functionality is not available prior to Spectrum release 12.2.

Defect Jira: CDQE-55011

Resolution

UPDATED: August 28, 2018

Only string constant is supported up to Spectrum 12.1. Constant values for integer, float, double or date data types can be configured from release 12.2 onwards.

Starting from release 12.2 and higher versions, this can be achieved by giving constant values using 'Function'.
