Cause

This could be caused when Portrait System is unable to access the file 'MHDialogServerIAmAlivePID.txt'.

Resolution

UPDATED: October 1, 2018
Portrait Dialogue Server access the file 'MHDialogServerIAmAlivePID' in order to update its responsiveness. Providing appropriate access to the 'PST' folder can resolve this issue.

Following these steps:
  1. Open Command Prompt (Start | Type 'cmd').
  2. In Command Prompt, type 'C:\ProgramData\' and press 'Enter'.
  3. Right click on 'PST' folder and select 'Properties'.
  4. In the 'Properties' window, navigate to 'Identity' tab and provide.
