'Failed to create a user session' message is encountered while logging into Spectrum Miner client.
This could be caused due to insufficient privileges give to the user accessing the Spectrum Miner directly.

Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Spectrum Miner Installation folder. For example, 'PortraitMinerServer70B'.
- Right click on the folder and select 'Properties'.
- In the 'Properties' window, navigate to 'Security' tab and select 'Users (Server_name\Users)'.
- Click on 'Edit' button and check all the check boxes for the 'Users (Server_name\Users)' and click on 'OK'.
