Cause

The search timed out.  It took too long for searching thru all of the records to locate the information.
The EngageOne Delivery Audit database has to have periodic maintenance to keep the database from becoming too large.

Resolution

UPDATED: October 19, 2018
The Suggestion to review the EngageOne_Delivery_Audit_Database_Administrator_Guide guide to review the steps to defrag and purge the database.
  • Defragmenting the Existing Indexes
  • Purge Policy for Database
Once these were performed the error went away.
