VERIFIED SOLUTION i

Integrating AnySite 9.1 US 2013 and earlier (and Anysite 9.1 CAN 2014 and earlier) with full and OEM MapMarker

OEM MapMarker integration

US version:
1) in the configurator go to Tools>edit application ini and then edit the resultant text file by making sure the geocoding
method is set "2" for "MapMarker". Save and exit if edited accordingly.

2) launch Anysite -  an error asking to browse to where the MapMarker Data is located may be generated.
Hit the browse button and navigate to where AnySite_US is installed and find the Data folder
(AnySite_US\Data\Mapmarker\Data).
The dialog will likely already be pointing to the correct data folder.
Try double-clicking on the MapMArker folder above Data and then double-click on the Data folder again.
Click OK thru the dialogs.
Anysite should launch, allowing you to now enter an address to find a site.

Canada version:
same as the US instructions except AnySite folder name is AnySite_CA.

Full MapMarker integration (in PATH statements below XX = the version of MapMarker)

US version:
1) make sure that MapMarker is working by launching it and searching for an address.
2) Copy the geojni.cfg file in the MapMarker_USA_vXX\Desktop to the AnySite install folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\MapInfo\AnySite_US), overwriting the file there.
3) Open the geojni.cfg from the AnySite_US folder in NotePad and turn on WordWrap.
Remove the file path that resolves to log4j.jar:
i.e. "C:\Program Files\MapInfo\MapMarker_USA_vXX\desktop\log4j.jar;" from the -Djava.class.path= statement.
Make sure there is a single semi-colon between the PATH statements
Open AnySite.ini and make sure that the geocoding Method= is set to 2 (MapMarker) and change DatabasePath= to the Data folder corresponding to the MapMarker US vXX installation you want to use (e.g. DatabasePath=C:\Program Files (x86)\MapInfo\MapMarker_USA_vXX\MapMarker_USA_vXX_Data).
Re-start AnySite and try to find a site using an Address.

Canada version:
First make sure that full MapMarker Canada is working by launching it and searching for an address.
1) Copy the geojni.cfg file from C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX/desktop to the AnySite_CA folder, overwriting the file there.
2) Edit the geojni.cfg file that you copied to the AnySite_CA folder using Notepad and remove the following paths from the -Djava.class.path= statement:
 - "C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX/desktop/commons-collections.jar"
 - "C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX/desktop/time.jar"
3) Open the AnySite.ini file and make sure that Method= is set to 2 (MapMarker) and
change DatabasePath= to the Data folder corresponding to the MapMarker CAN vXX installation you want to use
(e.g. DatabasePath=C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX\MapMarker_CAN_vXX_Data).
4) Copy the Mapmarker license found in C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX\MapMarker_CAN_vXX_Data and paste it into C:/Program Files/MapInfo/MapMarker_CAN_vXX\MapMarker_CAN_vXX_Data/Standard
5)Re-start AnySite and try to find a site using an Address.
