LDAP password changed - cannot log into EngageOne Administration

ONLY applies to version 3.1.x of EngageOne
 
The customer changed the LDAP password for the EngageOne Administration account and now cannot log into EngageOne.  EngageOne no longer recognizes the new login.  The customer would like to know how to get EngageOne to recognize the new password.

1. Navigate to http://<domain>:<port>/EngageOneAdmin/LdapSetup.html.
2. Enter the existing LDAP User DN.
3. Enter the new password.
