Cause

Versions affected: 5.06.1774 - 5.06.2290
There has recently been an addition to the 5.6 upgrade script to address an issue with SQL2005, but the syntax used does not work with SQL2000.

The problem upgrade was introduced in EngageOne Designer Version 5.06.1774 (7th Dec 2011) and impacts all intermediate versions up to and including 5.06.2290 (18th March 2013)

Resolution

UPDATED: August 21, 2017

Fixed in version: 5.6.2311

To solve the problem, upgrade to 5.6.2311 or later.

A workaround was made for 5.6.2192, so for that version only:
Attached is a copy of the UpgradeInfo_56.xml with the offending INCLUDE statements from the last upgrade manually removed.

Attached is a updated version of this particular upgrade script, with this section removed. and to implement this, you will need to move the existing version of this file (found in the Designer Server folder) and replace it with the one attached, and retry the process.

The Customer should be able to replace the default installed version of this file in the installed EngageOne Designer “Server” Folder with the updated version provided and try the upgrade or restore again.
