Resolve PlanWeb Admin Console usage log does not record all the log ins that occur

Issue

The PlanWeb Admin Console usage log does not record all the user log ins that occur




.

Cause

The entries in the Agent column are too long for some users and so they aren't being logged.

Resolution

UPDATED: September 19, 2017


1. Make a backup of PWAdmin.mdb.
2. Open the PWAdmin in Access.
3. Highlight the PW_Log table in the tables list.
4. Open it in Design mode.
5. Select the Agent field. By default it is 150 characters long.
6. Change the length of this field to 250.
7. Save the database and close.
8. Clear the log in the Admin Console.
9. Try logging in as one of the users that hasn't been logging and see if it now gets logged
